How to Eat Take Out Every Meal

Some people are busy and don't cook, others just don't want to cook. It is still possible to stay within your target calories by eating take out every meal. This is based on CALORIES only and may not meet all nutritional goals (I know this isn't the overall healthiest way to eat).

Breakfast:
Starbucks tall nonfat latte - 100 calories
McDonald's Egg McMuffin - 300 calories
Lunch:
Chick fil-A grilled chicken sandwich - 300 calories
Chick fil-A side salad w/light italian dressing - 85 calories

Dinner:
Taco Bell 2 fresco crunchy tacos - 300 calories
Taco Bell pintos & cheese - 180 calories

Dessert:
McDonald's vanilla ice cream cone - 150 calories

There you go! Three meals and dessert for 1,415 calories.
